Charles "Chuckie" Crandall's Finster, Jr. (born April 15, 1989) Songwriter Rapper Artist Famous Actor is a fictional character from the Nickelodeon animated television series Rugrats and All Grown Up!. He is Tommy Pickles' nauseatingly adorable best friend who is now potty trained. The character is voiced by Christine Cavanaugh in a "croaky" voice. However, after Cavanaugh's retirement in 2001, Nancy Cartwright took over the role. Chuckie's mother died from a illness when Chuckie was a baby. In Rugrats in Paris the Movie, Chas, Chuckie's father, was going to marry Coco, an evil woman who hates children who tried to get Chas to fall in love with her. In the end he married Kira, Kimi's mother. Chuckie's stepmother is loving and caring as is his father. Chuckie also has a puppy named Sparky. GALLERY? You can find Chuckie Finsters gallery here.

One of the original five main characters introduced in the series, Chuckie has uncontrollable messy red hair, glasses, and bucked teeth, and is also left-handed or south-pawed, as revealed in Chuckie's a Lefty. Chuckie commonly wears a blue shirt with Saturn on it, purple square glasses, green shorts with yellow squiggly lines, diapers (until after Sand Ho!), yellow ankle-high socks and red shoes with white untied shoelaces. During potty training (since Chuckie v.s. The Potty), he wore beige, light blue or white bear-patterned training pants. After that, he wore dark blue or white briefs. Despite his cuteness, he is scared easily, and at the first suggestion that he and the other babies should do something or go somewhere, he will always say, "Maybe this isn't such a good idea." All the same, he is still friends with Tommy, Dil, Susie and the DeVille Twins. Among his fears are adventures, clowns, and the "guy on the oatmeal box with the scary hat" (a reference of Quaker Oats). He is loyal and often brave, facing his fears (albeit briefly) to come through for his friends. Whenever there is a problem, Chuckie is there to help his friends get through it emotionally. Chuckie does not like misbehaving, but his friends often get him into trouble. He is very close to his father, Chas, and is usually the main target of Angelica's bullying. Chuckie is the only character who does not come from a two-parent household (prior to Rugrats in Paris).
