Christine Josephine Cavanaugh (née Sandberg; August 16, 1963 - December 22, 2014) provided the voice of Chuckie Finster in Rugrats from 1991 to 2002.

She was known for other roles such as Gosalyn from Darkwing Duck, Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory, Bunny Rabbot from Sonic the Hedgehog, and Oblina from Aaahh!!! Real Monsters. She was also famed for voicing Babe in the movie of the same name. She was offered to reprise the role in the sequel, Babe: Pig in the City, but declined on the role, which was instead given to Tommy's voice actor, E.G. Daily.

In 2001, Cavanaugh retired from voice acting and withdrew from public life. Nancy Cartwright, best known for voicing Bart Simpson, took over as Chuckie's primary voice actress from the episode "Quiet, Please!" onward, though Candi Milo would fill the role in two video games.

Cavanaugh died from leukemia on December 22, 2014. As a tribute, TeenNick ran a four-hour marathon of Rugrats episodes starring Chuckie on The '90s Are All That programming block on January 2, 2015.
